"Technical Training Coordinator" (Oil and Gas Company)
Job Responsible:
- Monitoring, evaluating and recording training activities and determining any program s effectiveness.
- Offering specific training to employees to help them improve, maintain or learn new skills.
- Responsible for assessing the training needs of employees and will organize, develop or obtain new training programs if the existing ones do not meet standards.
- Presenting information using different techniques such as lecture, group discussions, role playing or videos.
- Evaluate any training material that is used in your company and monitor training costs to make sure you stay within budget.
Requirements:
• 15+ years of experience in managing technical training competency programs for oil & gas.
• Bachelor s degree (a master s degree is a plus).
• Good to Excellent English language skills.
